When registering, you are required to provide accurate personal information — including your real name, mobile number and any other details requested during registration or verification. Providing false information during registration may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held at the time.
92pak may require identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time payouts. Verification typically involves submitting a clear photograph of your Pakistani CNIC. Verification is a one-time requirement for standard accounts. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time when requested may result in withdrawal requests being held pending.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92pak login credentials — your username and password. Do not share your account details with anyone. Before processing a withdrawal, 92pak may verify that your account has passed the standard identity verification check. First-time withdrawals typically require CNIC verification. If a bonus is active on your account, the portion of your balance subject to wagering requirements is not withdrawable until those requirements are met. Your non-bonus real-money balance is withdrawable at any time. The cashier displays the withdrawable amount clearly.

Odds displayed on 92pak are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. 92pak reserves the right to suspend or withdraw markets at any time — including during live in-play events — at its discretion.
Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as recognised by 92pak's official result sources. For cricket matches — including PSL, T20 internationals and other formats — the result as declared by the governing body applies. In the event of a result dispute or incomplete information, 92pak may delay settlement until the official result is confirmed.
92pak may void a bet in cases including: the event being cancelled or abandoned; a market error resulting in obviously incorrect odds; technical error at the time of placement; or evidence of bet manipulation. Voided bets are returned to your balance at the original stake amount.
92pak applies maximum payout limits per bet and per market. Limits vary by sport, event type and market. The applicable maximum is shown when reviewing bet details in the betslip. Payouts exceeding the stated maximum will be paid up to the maximum limit only.
The live casino section on 92pak features real-time games operated by third-party game providers with professional dealers broadcasting via HD video streams. By accessing live casino games, you agree to the rules of each individual game as presented by the dealer and game interface.
In the event of a disconnection from a live casino game table during an active round, 92pak and the relevant game provider will apply the established disconnection policy for that game. A wagering requirement specifies how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus-derived funds are withdrawable. Qualifying bets must meet any minimum odds or game restrictions stated in the offer.
Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus offer can be active on an account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous one is still subject to wagering requirements may result in one of the bonuses being forfeited. Check the active bonus status in your account before claiming a new offer.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside the platform's control may cause temporary unavailability.
92pak is not liable for losses arising from delayed access to the platform during live events, connectivity issues on the user's end, device compatibility problems or actions taken as a result of relying on information displayed before a system error was corrected. Bets already confirmed before a service interruption remain valid and will be settled on resolution.
92pak is also not responsible for any losses arising from your own decisions — placing a bet involves risk that you accept at the time of placing it. The platform provides information and tools but cannot take responsibility for individual betting outcomes.
You may request to close your 92pak account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your nominated payment method after standard processing. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
92pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account if these Terms and Conditions are breached; if fraudulent, deceptive or abusive conduct is identified; if regulatory or security concerns arise; or if the account holder is found to be under 18. In cases of confirmed fraud or terms abuse, balances may be forfeited in full. In other cases, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the account holder.
