Use a password that is unique to 92pak. Reusing a password you use elsewhere — email, social media, another app — means a data breach on any of those services becomes a problem for your betting account too. A strong password for 92pak specifically is the single most effective security measure you can take. A combination of letters, numbers and a special character, with no obvious words, works well.
Lock your phone screen. If your device has a fingerprint lock, face ID or PIN, make sure it is enabled. The 92pak app or mobile browser session stays open between uses on most devices — screen lock is what stops someone else from accessing it if your phone is picked up or borrowed.
Log out when using a shared device. If you ever access 92pak from a device that is not exclusively yours — a family tablet, someone else's phone, a shared computer — log out explicitly when you are done. Closing the browser tab is not the same as logging out. Use the account menu to sign out fully before leaving the device.
92pak will never ask for your password. Support staff do not need your password to assist with your account. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from 92pak and asks for your login credentials, it is not genuine. Contact support through the official channel at [email protected] if you receive any suspicious communication.
Check your login history. If you notice unfamiliar login times or locations in your account activity, change your password immediately and contact support. Prompt action minimises any risk from unauthorised access.

Double-check the password you are entering — it is case-sensitive. If you have forgotten it, visit the FAQ page for guidance on the password reset process. Your mobile number is required to verify ownership before a reset is sent.
Make sure you are entering the number you registered with — including the full Pakistan format (03XX-XXXXXXX). If you have changed your number since registering, contact support at [email protected] to update it through the account verification process.
Multiple failed login attempts will temporarily lock an account as a security precaution. If your account is locked or suspended for any reason, contact 92pak support directly. Do not create a new account — the issue with the existing one can be resolved.
Check your internet connection and try refreshing the page. If the 92pak site is loading slowly, switching from mobile data to a Wi-Fi connection often resolves it. Clearing your browser cache can also help if the page is partially loading but not fully responding.
